Refunds

If a student withdraws from the Seminary or from a course during the semester, a refund or credit may be allowed to the student. The student is required to notify the Seminary Office in writing, by the time indicated below, to be eligible for the refund or credit. The official date of withdrawal is determined by the date the notice is received by the Seminary Office. No refund will be given to a student who has an outstanding account balance. Credit will be applied to the student's account.

One hundred percent (100%) of tuition will be refunded/credited for classes that are cancelled by the Seminary.

For classes dropped by the student, fees for tuition will be refunded/credited as follows:

• Before 2nd class - 90%
• Before 3rd class - 75%
• Before 4th class - 50%
• Before 5th class - 25%

No refund/credit will be given after the 5th class. No refunds/credits will be given on fees or text books.
